family of Energy Solutions coatings at the Coil Winding, Insulations and
Electrical Manufacturing Exhibition (CWIEME) October 4-6 at the Donald
E. Stephens Convention Center in Chicago, Illinois.
For more than 70 years, Axalta has offered an extensive line of Voltatex
electrical insulation products including wire enamels, impregnating
resins and core sheet varnishes that are designed to work together to
improve operating efficiencies of the materials they coat. Voltatex core
sheet insulation varnishes, mainly applied by coil coating technology,
are formulated for fast curing in a tunnel oven that allows for
increased production at a high quality level. Voltatex core sheet
varnishes are suitable for high speed curing.
The Axalta Energy Solutions coatings utilize unique materials and
processes to offer products designed for high heat-resistance, high
mechanical stability, and excellent adherence to copper and resistance
to transformer oil. These products can be applied to everything from
fine wire for miniaturized electronic components to heavy round and
rectangular conductors for large motors, as well as small electrical
